Kumo Cafe was SO FAST and our food was delicious! I made a reservation online on their website and my order was in front of me super fast. We ordered a passion fruit crepe slice, the Ichigo fluffy panacakes with (free!) vanilla bean ice cream and creme brulee fluffy pancakes with vanilla bean ice cream, taro milk coffee and a hot earl gray tea. The pancakes and crepe were garnished with yummy FRESH fruit. The restaurant was clean and the staff were helpful and patient in explaining flavors and textures and the fluffy pancakes were so tasty. This is such a fun place to go on a date, take your kids or go to just enjoy the food with a good vibe, aesthetically pleasing decor and good music. Just remember these are Japanese fluffy pancakes that are essentially a souffle-made with eggs and whipped super light and fluffy, they are not a traditional American pancake made with tons of white flour. These are far more unique and delicious. BE SURE TO GO!!

This place is basically known for its fluffy pancakes. One thing you must know is that you must make a reservation. Not to eat here, but for the fluffy pancakes. It takes time to bake them, and they want to have them ready for your arrival. I was lucky to get one as the customer decided to only do a few when, at the time of the reservation, she had reserved for several, so I got lucky right at the moment to get one. They were great, but it takes just the patience you need to reserve to be able to get a fluffy pancake.

Wanted to stop by for an evening desert and we were able to order some soufflé pancakes at 9:30pm (they close at 10pm). We only waited about 10min as they make them fresh to order. The pancakes looked stunning!they’re super fluffy, just like a cloud! We got one creme brûlée and one raspberry pistachio pancake with sauce on the side. Could be a little less sweet, but overall great taste. Unfortunately, they didn’t have any of the other food items available, so we could only try the sweet soufflé pancakes. The atmosphere is very low-key, but it could be because we stopped by right before they close. A little pricey for a dessert, but the pancakes are good enough to try once.

There’s been a lot of people complaining about wait times need to read they have stated on every table and on the register they even explain on their website/social media how long they take so please be wary before putting in complaints once you get there ask an estimate of when your fluffy pancakes will be made because they are a soufflé that is not something you can prepare in advance. I loved every single item I got the pancakes were soft and fluffy not to sweet just the right sweetness same for the crepe cake and the latte the basque cheesecake was like no other I’ve never tasted such an amazing cheesecake love love love 10/10

Had to come here after seeing the reviews and it lived up to it! We got here right at 11 when they opened and the service was fast. We ordered the fluffy pancakes and the panna cotta bunny. Both tasted delicious!! Some reviews said there is long wait times, but luckily we didn’t wait long. They hand make everything so that’s probably why it can take longer for it to come out.

Very good but very pricey, and a very long wait. We did a reservation but it didn't necessarily improve the wait time. Bathroom was also kind of gross. BUT the super duper fluffy pancakes are to die for! I recommend splitting one with a friend.

The fluffy pancakes were fantastic! They have to be made fresh so there is a bit of a wait, especially if there's a lot of people there, but totally worth it. I also got the iced cocoa drink and it was delicious. Can't recommend this place enough

Tried this cute cafe since it was close to the Chinese market. I was very impressed by the interior on how cute and clean everything was. I arrived just after the cafe was opened on a weekday, so I had the entire place to myself. Service was fast and with care. It was a bit heavy on the sauce for me, so I would recommend to ask for sauce on the side or scrape it off the crepes. I did really like the strawberry latte and would like to try the other lattes in the future.
